Satr transcribes and captions Arabic audio and video that you upload, and gives you an editor to correct the result. You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you export.

When you correct a caption, we keep both the original model output and your corrected text. We use these pairs to improve the dialect models that produce captions for you and other users.

This applies to caption text only. We do not use your audio, video, filenames or account details for model training.

You can opt out at any time from your account settings. Opting out stops any further corrections being used, and does not otherwise change the service.

Paid plans include a monthly allowance of transcription minutes. The allowance resets on your billing date and unused minutes do not carry over. Credit packs do not expire and are used only after the monthly allowance is spent.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Cancelling keeps your access until the period ends.

Upload only material you have the right to transcribe. Do not use the service to process content unlawfully, and do not attempt to work around plan limits or rate limits.

The service depends on third-party transcription and language model providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and a failed job does not consume your allowance.
