Your account details, the media you upload, the captions produced from it, and your corrections to those captions. We record how many minutes each job used so we can apply your plan allowance.

Uploaded audio and video are deleted 30 days after upload. Captions and their edit history are kept until you delete the project.

Billing records and usage history are kept after a project is deleted, because they are required for accounting.

We use caption corrections to improve our dialect models, as described in the Terms of Service. Audio is never used for training. You can opt out from your account settings.

Audio is sent to our transcription provider, and the resulting text is sent to a language model provider for dialect correction and segmentation. They process it to return a result and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Deleting a project removes its media and captions. Deleting your account removes your projects and personal details. Tell us and we will confirm when it is done.
